Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and financial records using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be able to handle end-to-end accounting tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Accounting Software.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, GST, and TDS records.

Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

Assist with audit documentation and compliance.

Ensure accuracy and integrity in all accounting transactions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software.

Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.

Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
