Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our group of companies involved in canteen businesses. The ideal candidate will handle accounts for multiple entities, ensure accurate bookkeeping, support statutory compliance and coordinate with internal departments and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintain day-to-day accounting for canteen divisions.

·         Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses and bank transactions.

·         Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders and payment vouchers.

·         Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely vendor payments.

·         Track project-wise and unit-wise expenses for better cost control.

·         Handle cash book, petty cash and daily expense statements.

·         Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory returns in coordination with auditors.

·         Support in monthly closing, trial balance and financial reporting.

·         Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting records.

·         Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis and internal audits.

·         Liaise with vendors and suppliers for invoice verification and payment updates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS compliance.

·         Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / MS Excel / accounting software.

·         Familiarity with canteen / F&B expense tracking.

·         Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills.

·         Good communication and coordination ability across departments.

·         Ability to handle multiple accounts and entities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

·         B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

·         2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality or multi-entity businesses.

Salary: 2.4 – 3.6 lacs (Commensurate with experience)

Work Location:

Navi Mumbai (with coordination at site offices and canteen units as required)
