Position Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Sitto Gunno and Badal Plant
Reports To: Manager-Finance & Accounts
Position Summary:
The Executive Accounts is responsible for managing daily accounting functions at the
packhouse, including the accurate and timely processing of inventory entries, financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and compliance with head office requirements. This role ensures that
financial transactions related to Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) intake, stock movement, invoicing,
and utility payments are processed efficiently in the ERP system. The role requires close
attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and adherence to financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Stock Management
Daily punching of stock movements (in and out) into the inventory system.
Ensure correct categorization and grade segregation for F&V intakes in the ERP
software.
2. Accounts Receivable and Payable
Administer accounts receivable by posting daily payment entries from customers
in the software.
Administer accounts payable, including updating and processing payments for
utilities and other operational expenses.
3. Transaction Processing and Journal Entries
Process journal vouchers for expenses incurred, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
Generate ERP challans, bills, and delivery challans for stock movements as
required.
4. Invoicing and Billing
Raise invoices for kinnow centers (Badal, Tahliwala Jattan, and Balluana
packhouses) upon receiving orders.
Ensure timely and accurate billing, maintaining proper documentation for
compliance.
5. Document Retention and Compliance
Retain source documents as supporting evidence for journal vouchers and
transaction entries.
Transfer monthly financial records to the Head Office for regulatory and
compliance requirements.
6. Financial Reconciliation and Reporting
Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and resolving
issues.
Maintain parties’ ledgers and organize relevant files at the center for easy access
and review.
7. Monthly Closing and Financial Statements
Support monthly closing activities, preparing financial statements and reports for
management review.
Conduct database backups to secure financial data and ensure continuity.
8. Data Analysis and Financial Reporting
Research and analyze accounting data to provide valuable financial insights.
Prepare reports to assist management in making informed financial decisions
Education & Qualification:
B. Com with minimum experience of 2-3 years in an accounting or
finance role.
Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management, financial reconciliation, and accounts
receivable/payable processes.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to analyze financial
data.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage documents and meet
compliance deadlines.

Note: This role may require occasional travel to the Head Office or other Packhouse locations as
directed by management.
