We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team Dista. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  · Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system, such as invoices, payments, and receipts.

  · Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.

  · Process and monitor invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors.

  · Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.

  · Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  · Assist in generating profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  · Ensure accurate payroll entries in the accounting system.

  · Support the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS, VAT, or other applicable taxes).

  · Enter and maintain financial data in accounting software ( Tally, and Other ERP  softwares).

  · Organize and Filing and Scanning of  financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts.

  · Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

  · Act as a liaison between the accounting department and external vendors.

  · Respond to queries related to financial matters.

  · Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by senior accountants or management.

  · Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally and other ERP softwares) and MS Excel.

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
