Ø Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Ø Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and books of accounts.
Ø Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and other key ledgers.
Ø Compliance and Taxation:
Ø Ensure timely Compliances of TDS and GST.
Ø Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports.
Ø Costing and Consumption Analysis:
Ø Understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)-based consumption processes.
Ø Analyze consumption patterns, production costs, and variances.
Ø Inventory Management:
Ø Monitor and control inventory movement processes, including inward and outward tracking.
Ø Ensure accurate inventory accounting and reporting.
Ø Import and Export Terms:
Ø Manage financial records related to import transactions, including customs duty and freight costs.
Ø Understand import-export terms and their implications on cost and pricing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ø Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. ERP systems).
Ø Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
