Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Entries:

  • Record day-to-day entry like Purchase, Sales, Payment etc.

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Assist in preparing invoices and processing incoming and outgoing payments.

  • Reconcile vendor and customer statements regularly.

• Bank Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements with internal records.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Tax Compliance Support:

  • Candidate should have basic knowledge of Tax (TDS, GST etc.)

• Financial Reporting Assistance:

  • Support the senior accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Internal Controls & Compliance:

  • Follow internal accounting policies and procedures.

  • Assist in improving financial processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Additional requirements:

Should have a two-wheeler with a license for office to purpose
