Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive

Location: Worli Sea Face, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain property accounts – rent, deposits, brokerage, and owner payments.

• Record financial transactions and reconciliations in Tally ERP.

• Prepare invoices, TDS filings, challans, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage tenant/owner agreements, renewals, move-ins, and exits.

• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.

• Facilitate employee documents (offer, experience, relieving letters).

• Track collections, targets, and operational reports in Excel.

• Coordinate with owners, tenants, and management for smooth operations.

• Be proactive in supporting the smooth functioning of startup operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration.

• 1–3 years’ experience in accounts, property management, or operations.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MIS reporting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
