ob Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: Vasai (with pickup and drop facility available from Vasai, Nalasopara, and Virar stations)

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 (Monthly Gross) + Variable (Slightly negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and preparation of MIS reports.

Analyze transactional data for key risks and exceptions, implementing mitigation processes.

Collaborate with teams to design efficient accounting processes and improve audit/tax filing accuracy.

Process payments, verify invoices, and prepare PO and Bank Reconciliation Statements.

Ensure compliance with TDS and GST.

Maintain a good understanding of accounting standards and principles, performing stock reconciliations.

Prepare and monitor tax invoices and E-Way Bills.

Mandatory Requirements:

1.Industry Experience: Candidate must have experience working in the Manufacturing or Trading Industry.

2.Location Preference: Candidates based between Borivali and Virar will be preferred.

3.Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years.

4.Current Company Turnover: The candidate’s current company should have a turnover of more than ₹50 Crore.

5.Sales/Purchase Transaction Volume: Monthly sales and purchase entries should exceed 50 to 100 transactions.

6.Team Handling or Coordination: Experience in team handling or coordination with the team is mandatory.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (BAF/B.Com/M.Com only).

2 to 6 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive or in a similar role.

Skills Required:

Proficient in Tall ERP and Tally Prime, Excel, and data handling.

Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Good understanding of TDS, GST, accounting principles, and standards.

Preferred:

Male candidates only (as per the specific requirement).
