We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions that meet their business objectives. This role involves sales, client communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present products or services to prospective clients and explain how they meet client needs
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Bcom , Finance a related field or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
