Accounts Executive

Location: The Ruby, Dadar West.
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and accounts finalization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting operations and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.

• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial reports.

• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

• Support management with periodic MIS and financial data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

• 3–4 years of accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of GST filing, TDS, and accounting standards.

• Proficiency in Tally / Excel / accounting software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
