Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate purchase and sales entries.

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per GST compliance.

• Operate Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Handle bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

• Calculate and process TDS deductions and assist with filing returns.

• Support in monthly account closures and financial reporting.

• Prepare invoices, bills, and supporting documentation for audits.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve account discrepancies.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Basic Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

• Understanding of banking operations and accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass with relevant experience.

• B.Com or equivalent degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
