Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with strong experience in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and reconciliations.
Record and maintain journal entries, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and approval workflows.
Support audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.
Key Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Mandatory experience with Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
