Position: Account Executive / Accounts Receivable
Vacancies: 5
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand (Negotiable)

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance / Accounting.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (or related field).

• Skills: Advanced Excel and Tally (mandatory).

  Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.

• Record and reconcile customer payments in Tally.

• Manage outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare AR aging reports and assist in monthly closing.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for smooth payment collections.

• Maintain updated records of all AR transactions and customer communications.
