Location: Moraiya Ahmedabad
Responsible for supporting daily accounting activities using Tally software, handling basic GST and TDS entries, maintaining records, and assisting with financial documentation and reporting.
Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal).
Assist with GST entries and filing support (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Support in TDS entries and deduction tracking.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and reconcile accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely updates.
Organize and manage all accounting files and records.
Support senior accountants in monthly closing and audit preparation.
Handle invoice preparation, credit/debit notes, and basic inventory accounting.
Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Basic understanding of GST and TDS
Familiar with bank reconciliation and ledger management
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Attention to detail and record-keeping
Good coordination and communication skills
