Customer Handling Duties
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Prepare and share product details, quotations, and catalogs with clients.
Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order execution.
Skills Required:
Skills Required:Knowledge of basic accounting software (Tally, Mirecal, Busy, or MS Excel).
Strong communication skills ( Gujarati Hindi, English, preferred).
Ability to multitask between accounts and customer service.
Good negotiation and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail and time management.
