We are seeking are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. This role demands a high level of integrity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team and as an individual too.

Responsibilities:

o Build & maintain client purchase orders and corresponding sales invoices.

o Track and record metrics throughout the accounts process.

o Set the budget and maintain expenses. o GST Filling.

o Document financial transactions by entering accounts processes.

o Recommend financial options by analyzing accounting options.

o Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

o Verify, allocate, post & reconcile transactions.

o Produce error free accounting reports and present their results.

o Direct Internal and External audits to ensure compliance.

o Manage staff Expenses.

o Communicate effectively and confidently with clients.

o Payment follow-ups with clients and on time payment with vendors.
