Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Maintain accurate records of project-related expenses, contracts, work orders, and client billings.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor project cash flows, budgets, and ensure cost control.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams for vendor payments and material purchase accounting.
Manage payroll processing and related compliances.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks as required.
Supervise junior accountants and guide them in day-to-day tasks.
Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
