Accounts Management
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, payments, receipts).
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain and update ledgers, trial balance, and profit & loss statements.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Admin Coordination
Maintain financial documentation and administrative records.
Support procurement documentation and vendor onboarding.
Manage petty cash and office expense tracking.
Compliance & Support
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns.
Support the finance team in budgeting and cost control.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients for finance-related coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting/admin roles, preferably in the solar or infrastructure industry.
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial compliance is essential.
Good communication and organizational skills.
