Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday – 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals from participants for documentation and billing purposes.

• Prepare and issue invoices using MYOB (MYP) and Xero software.

• Handle claim submissions through relevant online portals.

• Prepare and maintain bills and payment records accurately.

• Perform bank and system reconciliations regularly.

• Assist in generating budget statements and financial summaries as required.

• Provide administrative support and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements: • Proven experience in accounts, billing, or administrative roles.

• Good understanding of invoice preparation, claims, and reconciliation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with budget tracking and financial reporting is a plus.
