Accountant & Finance Executive

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and maintaining financial statements such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations including GST and TDS, and handling software tools like Tally and Zoho Books for financial record keeping and reporting.
Manage all accounting transactions using Tally and Zoho Books.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Prepare, file, and ensure compliance with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS returns.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
Process and manage TDS deduction, calculation, and filing as per statutory requirements.
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense control monitoring.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes and audits.
Maintain general ledger entries with timely and accurate postings.
Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Prepare tax payments and monitor compliance with all statutory requirements.
Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as Accountant or Finance Executive with 2-6 years of relevant work.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred) and Zoho Books.
Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
