Position Summary:

Italent Bizgrow Technology OPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting practices and administrative processes, with the ability to manage daily transactions and office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, vouchers, and ledger entries

·       Assist with preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

·       Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash usage

·       Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory entries and documentation

·       Maintain stock and asset registers

·       Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and documentation

·       Manage administrative tasks including filing, document control, and support to office operations

·       Assist in audits and preparation of required financial and administrative reports

Candidate Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or related field)

·       1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles

·       Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools

·       Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
