Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive who has hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST filings, and international payment processing. The candidate should have a strong accounting background and the ability to manage both domestic and overseas transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP

• Handle GST-related activities, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation

• Process and manage international vendor payments, including documentation and compliance with FEMA/ RBI regulations

• Reconcile bank statements (including foreign bank accounts if applicable)

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure accurate entries of invoices, payments, and receipts

• Assist with internal and statutory audits

• Maintain records of forex transactions and related accounting entries

• Prepare monthly reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

• Coordinate with banks for foreign remittances and documentation

• Comply with tax laws and regulations both locally and internationally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting with Tally ERP

• Strong knowledge of GST compliance and return filing

• Experience in processing international payments (SWIFT, wire transfers, etc.)

• Familiarity with forex regulations and documentation

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally ERP or GST compliance (optional)

• Experience with import/export documentation and invoicing (a plus)

• Knowledge of basic FEMA/RBI guidelines related to overseas payments
