Job Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Prepare and manage accounts payable & accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly financial reports, ledgers, and supporting documents.

Assist in closing monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.

Bank Reconciliation

Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliation.

Track and update payments, receipts, and outstanding statements.

Coordinate with banks for queries and discrepancies.

GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

Manage GST input/output reconciliation.

Support in handling GST queries, notices & documentation.

General Compliance

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

🔹 Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.

Strong knowledge of GST filing, bank reconciliation, TDS basics.

Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel.
