Job Description – Junior Accounts Executive

Role Overview:
Bhanwariya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with strong command on Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for daily accounting, data entry, and invoice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily accounting transactions (vouchers, receipts, payments, expenses) in Tally Prime

• Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices

• Maintain ledgers and perform day-to-day bookkeeping

• Support in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation

• Assist in preparation of GST & TDS data

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all accounting records

• Support senior accounts team in audits and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (freshers not eligible)

• Good command of Tally Prime

• Knowledge of MS Excel & accounting principles

• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry

Experience: Minimum 1 year (in accounts)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
