Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant with strong working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure compliance with GST/TDS regulations, and support financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, sales & purchase entries, and bank transactions

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and assist with other statutory filings

• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and petty cash management

• Generate reports including P&L, balance sheet, ledger summaries, etc.

• Coordinate with CA/auditor during audits and for statutory compliance

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting with hands-on experience in Tally

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
