Roles and Responsibilities:-

Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

Prepare and process invoices, bills, and purchase orders

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Reconcile ledgers and assist in audits

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

Support other administrative and clerical duties as needed
