Looking for a proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to manage property accounts, tenant/owner reconciliations, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Tasks:

✅ Handle property accounts (rent, deposits, payments)

✅ Work with Tally ERP for transactions & reconciliations

✅ Prepare invoices, TDS filings, and monthly MIS reports

✅ Manage tenant/owner agreements, renewals, and exits

✅ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, & other filings

✅ Coordinate with tenants, owners, & teams for seamless operations

Skills Needed:

🎓 Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance/Business Admin

💼 1-3 years of experience in accounts or property management

📊 Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, & MIS reporting
