Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally / Excel.

• Prepare and process invoices, vendor bills, and employee reimbursements.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (customer payments follow-up) and Accounts Payable (vendor payments).

• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash accounting.

• Assist in preparation & filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.

• Generate financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow (monthly / quarterly).
