Maintain daily records of sales, service, parts, and inventory transactions.
Handle customer invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Record and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
Maintain ledger entries and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare monthly GST and TDS data for return filing.
Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking.
Coordinate with the service and sales team for transaction accuracy.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting; experience in automobile dealership is preferred.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST filing.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
