Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding dues.

• Taxation & Compliance:

  • Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory filings as required.

  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.

• Audit & Internal Controls:

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Software & Systems Management:

  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally,Zoho, QuickBooks) for financial transactions and reporting.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) is a plus.

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a service industry.

  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
