We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support monthly and yearly financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and post journal entries
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance
Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in internal and external audits
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and organize financial documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or any standard accounting software
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Language know Kannada, English, Hindi.
Preferred:
Experience in handling payroll, PF/ESI filings (optional based on organization)
Exposure to working in a corporate or multi-branch accounting environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Accounts Manager / Finance Head
