Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with tax regulations, and preparing financial statements and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, computations, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and present financial reports to the management.

• Maintain and securely back up all financial data while ensuring confidentiality.

• Monitor daily financial transactions and address discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Stay updated on the latest accounting trends, tools, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Commerce preferred).

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.

• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
