Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and invoices
Help prepare reports, financial statements, and budget summaries
Support audits and tax filings with required documentation
Perform data entry and assist with payroll processing, if needed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data entry
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
