JOB DISCRIPTION:

Job Title: AP Analyst – MIS & Systems

Function: FINANACE & ACCOUNTS

Sub Function: Accounts payable

Reported to: Head Accounts Payable

Roles and Responsibilities:

    Responsible for all AP/AR system automation.

Ensure automation of all AP reports & schedules.

Ensure appropriate tracking of all new system developments.

Ensure monthly analysis of major expense head and taking action on time to time

Ensure sharing CFO dashboard for monthly review.

Ensure monthly review of schedules and taking necessary action to cleanup the same.

Ensure data preparation for audit purpose and close all audit observation on defined time.

Ensure providing system support to all ERP users

Ensure completion of all system reconciliation and necessary action on the same.

Manage team and SLA’s of the process

Effective people management and development.

Support internal & Statutory audit
