About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring new employees in accounting fundamentals, software applications, and real-world financial operations. This role requires strong communication skills, practical accounting knowledge, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Train learners on accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Infozeal, and MS Excel.

• Develop, update, and maintain effective training materials and manuals.

• Evaluate participant progress through assignments, tests, and practical exercises.

• Provide real-world accounting examples for better conceptual understanding.

• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, tools, and best practices.

• Support trainees in resolving accounting-related queries during training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business finance.

• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, Infozeal, and Excel.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
