Job Title: Accountant/Senior Executive Accounts/Assistant Manager Accounts

Reports to: Finance Manager/GM

Location: Siliguri

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team, responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

4. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.

5. Manage and reconcile inventory, assets, and liabilities.

6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Requirements:

1. Bcom/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

2. Proven accounting experience in retail or FMCG/Hospitality industry.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office.
