What We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduate with a strong accounting background (CA preferred)
✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
✅ Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting and back-office activities
• Prepare cheques, receipts, and donation-related documents
• Draft donor letters, emails, and acknowledgments after management approval
• Maintain donation, receipt, and disbursement records in Tally and Excel
• Liaise with banks, the Charity Commissioner’s office, and trust branches
• Support internal audits and compliance documentation
• Manage filing, correspondence, and office records
• Visit external offices (banks, Charity Commissioner, trust branches) as needed
