We are a Chartered Accountancy firm engaged in providing professional services including accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and consultancy.
We are looking for a motivated individual with good knowledge of accounting to join our team. CA student/ CA Dropout are preferred. The Team Manager will oversee a group of accountants and audit staff, ensuring timely delivery of assignments including accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance, and advisory services. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements efficiently.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior and senior accountants.
Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct periodic reviews and provide guidance for professional development.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Review client deliverables before final submission.
Work Management
Oversee accounting, auditing, direct & indirect taxation, ROC compliances, and MIS reporting.
Ensure statutory deadlines (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.) are met.
Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
Process & Quality Control
Implement best practices for workflow and documentation.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards (Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act).
Develop and maintain internal checklists and SOPs for smoother execution.
CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA Finance with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax, GST, and Company Law.
Excellent team handling, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
Leadership qualities with problem-solving mindset.
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to train and motivate team members.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients and internal teams effectively.
