We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Swiftin Solutions LLP. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting,

bookkeeping, and compliance work. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and familiarity

with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses,

payments, receipts).

• Handle accounts receivable and payable entries.

• Bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

• Prepare GST workings, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance data.

• Coordinate with the Accounts Manager and external auditors.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other documents.

• Generate basic MIS reports when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books (or similar software).

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Strong MS Excel skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
