*Greetings from Arnavix HR Services !!!*We have opening for *Internal Auditor* for one sweet manufacturing factory at Thane West*Salary - 20000 to 25000 Per month**Education* - BCom, MCom, CA-Inter, MBA*Experience* - 1 Year plus experience*Job Description* -- Understanding the existing policies and systems- Understanding of the retail food/ sweet industry- Co-ordination with various department heads for discharge of their responsibilities- Stock checking at regular intervals- Preparation of stock variance reports/ stock check reports• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports• Training of employees at factory and shops regarding accounting/ reconciliation of stock• Undertaking stock takes on monthly basis• Doing the audit of the internal activities undertaken by warehouse/ Dispatch Centre (DC) and shops• Advance excel knowledge• Comfortable with preparing various reports out of complex data and information• Drafting of the policies applicable to the Company pertaining to stock• Analysing the reports and suggesting new processes – to aid management in decision making process• Conduct regular audits of production, packaging, and dispatch processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Perform physical verification of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods• Review slow-moving or non-moving inventory and report potential losses or leakages.*Note - Only Male candidates can apply**Interested candidates please contact us on Umeshha Sir 9167745741*
