Job description :

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations (billing, payments, reconciliations, ledgers)

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory compliances

• Finalise books of accounts and coordinate with auditors for annual audits

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Analyse financial data to support decision-making and cost control strategies

• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and expense planning

• Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of core accounting and financial planning experience

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial reporting

• Strong command over BUSY, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Proven experience in preparing and analysing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); MBA Finance preferred
