Job description :
Financial Record Keeping:
Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Compile reports for management and external stakeholders.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank statements, and other financial accounts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll, calculate deductions, and prepare payroll tax returns.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file sales tax returns and other relevant tax documents.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variances.
Audit Support:
Assist with annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Address audit queries and implement corrective actions.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and track sales and cost of goods sold.
Assist with inventory control and ordering.
Other Tasks:
Respond to information requests from management.
Work on special projects as assigned.
