Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all accounting transactions, including invoicing, purchase entries, production records, and day book maintenance.

• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.

• Ensure proper handling and compliance of GST, TDS, and Income Tax (IT) related activities.

• Utilize Tally PRIME and MS Office efficiently for day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Multitask and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.

• Proficiency in Tally PRIME and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, IT).

• Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail.
