About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks along with office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, have basic accounting knowledge, and possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain purchase and sales entries in Tally.

• Prepare and update invoices, ledgers, and financial records.

• Assist in reconciliations and ensure timely entries.

Office Administration

• Handle emails, documentation, and office correspondence.

• Manage office operations, coordinate with staff, and supervise office boys.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day administration and office upkeep.

• Assist management with reporting and follow-ups.
