We are looking for an 8+ yrs experience Accounts Executive to join our team at Shamrock Overseas Ltd, Raipur -Chhattisgarh. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹35 - ₹40 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS returns, and compliance

  • Prepare and file TDS challans, maintain TDS liability records, and ensure timely deposits

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups and part-payment adjustments

  • Ensure proper documentation and accounting of sales invoices, purchase bills, credit/debit notes, and journal entries

  • Handle cash vouchers, expense vouchers, and general voucher entries accurately

  • Prepare monthly stock statements and coordinate with the bank for submission

  • Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for audits and legal compliance

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory changes, and ensure internal processes are updated accordingly

  • Provide monthly MIS reports to management with analysis of expenses, revenues, and profit trends

  • Manage and maintain proper filing of records for audit and internal control

  • Take full responsibility and accountability for the financial health and compliance of the business
