Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & MIS Manager who will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, preparing financial reports, handling statutory compliance, and developing insightful MIS reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Manage daily accounting entries using Tally ERP.

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.

• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.

• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Support audit processes by coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation.

• Monitor petty cash and manage vendor payments.

MIS Reporting:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance reports).

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

• Track budgets versus actuals and report deviations.

• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and reporting.

• Build financial dashboards and reports in Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and MIS roles.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
