Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage E-way bills & E-invoices as per GST compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of Accounts Payables & Receivables.

• Ensure timely follow-up for payments with customers.

• Prepare and update account reconciliation records.

• Draft and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies.

• Support monthly closing of accounts and reporting.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for smooth transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

• Strong communication & follow-up skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Compensation:

• As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.
