Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording daily transactions, journal entries, purchase/sales, and managing ledgers.

• GST & Taxation: Filing GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual), handling assessments, TDS/TCS deductions, and PF/ESIC compliance.

• Inventory Management: Tracking stock, managing godowns, and processing purchase/sales orders within the Busy software.

• Financial Reporting: Generating MIS reports, bank reconciliation, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Invoicing: Creating and customizing invoices, receipts, and other documents.

• Audit Support: Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software (Required).

• Accounting Principles: Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting practices, and procedures.

• Technical Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), MS Word, and familiarity with ERP systems.

• Compliance: Knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC).

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and ability to work independently/in a team.
