Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, voucher entry, and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, cash flow statement, and journal entries.

• Ensure accurate GST compliance by maintaining records and filing returns on time.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Coordinate with CA and support audit requirements.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• B.Com/ M.Com/ CA Inter or equivalent from regular college.

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and invoicing.

• Proficient in Tally software

• Good knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance procedures.

• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
