We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Ryan Associates. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

• Assist with tax computations and returns.

• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulations.

• Provide support during audits.

• Use Tally to record, store, and analyze information.
  
  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
